Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest. Repeat the circuit for a total of four minutes. Bodyweight Blast:

  • No equipment? No problem. This bodyweight workout requires minimal space and no special gear. Perform three rounds of the following exercises with minimal rest in between: 20 bodyweight squats, 15 push-ups, 20 lunges (10 per leg), 15 tricep dips using a sturdy chair, and 30 seconds of plank.
